Second Half Comeback Secures A Point

The SeedGrowers departed Great Wakering with a share of the spoils, after an excellent second half come back. Coggeshall had George Cocklin sent off just before the half-time break which was followed by Shad Ngandu giving the home side the lead with virtually the last kick of the half. The Town equalised in the opening stages of the second half, as midfielder, Conor Hubble stepped up with another contender for goal of the season.

The home side extended their lead mid-way through the second half, before a penalty from the in-form Nnamdi Nwachuku ensured Graeme Smith’s men headed back to West Street with a share of the spoils.
