The SeedGrowers held their annual awards day on a Saturday, with our youth teams playing an in-house tournament throughout the afternoon, followed by their respective managers handing out prizes to their young SeedGrowers in recognition for their hard work throughout the 2018/19 season.

As the sun set, it was the turn of the senior team to be awarded their awards, which included some wise words from co-owners Graeme Smith & Olly Murs, along with a speech from assistant manager, John Pollard.

There were four main awards up for grabs; Supporters Player Of The Season, Players Player Of The Season, Managers Player Of The Season & the Managers Choice Award. The final award available was the Goal Of The Season award, voted for by our youth teams throughout the day.

After a superb season, midfielder, Conor Hubble had a sublime evening by collecting four of the five awards. Hubble was announced as the Supporters, Players & Managers Player of the Season before finishing with the goal of the season award, after his spectacular finish against Great Wakering Rovers. Another midfielder, Tevan Allan was the only other player to pick up a trophy on the night, as he collected the Managers Choice Award after a superb 2018/19 season.
