Correy Stings The Bees

Coggeshall Town returned to wining ways away from home against Basildon United, thanks to a brilliant defensive performance and an impressive goal from attacking midfielder, Correy Davidson (pictured). The SeedGrowers welcomed back George Cocklin and Curtis Haynes-Brown to their starting eleven for the game, after both players returned to first team training on Thursday.

Davidson scored the only goal of the match and his second in as many games in the 32nd minute after exchanging passes with Sam Bantick. Coggeshall dominated for the majority of the match and finished up with their first clean sheet in the Isthmian League for two games having conceded five goals in their last two outings.
