Coggeshall Town kept up their fine run of form with a 3-1 win at West Street despite falling behind early on. Coggeshall went behind in the opening minutes and despite virtually having all the possession in the first half and hitting the woodwork 4 times they could not get level before the break. It took a well converted penalty from Nnamdi Nwachuku to get “ The Town “ back level then Ross Wall scored a cracker from the edge of the box to put the home team in front. Coggeshall spent the rest of the game attacking a Hadleigh team who had worked hard to try and stay in the game but as the minutes passed it looked like “ The Town “ could score more. Coggeshall created several more chances but only one more goal came along, this time it was Kamal Guthmy who cut in from the left wing to score with a nice finish from just inside the box.

The final whistle sounded meaning Coggeshall picked up another 3 points to keep their position 2nd in the table.
