Coggeshall Town entertained Wroxham in their last match before the season opener at West Street.Coggeshall made several changes to the starting Lineup after their midweek fixture against Maldon and Tiptree. Wroxham went ahead after 20 mins and doubled their lead just before the break to give them a two goal lead. The second half was more like a Coggeshall Town performance with the team dominating their opponent from the first whistle. Coggeshall pulled a goal back on the hour after Nnamdi Nwachuku converted from the penalty spot, but despite several more good chances ” The Town ” could not force an equaliser. The final score was a 2-1 to win for the visitors but the match was a great final workout before the season gets underway next week when the team travel to Fakenham.
