Coggeshall Town achieved promotion to the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division this week after a great 4-0 win over Wisbech at West Street.This means the club has followed up last season’s league and cup double with promotion from the Thurlow Nunn League division one at the first attempt.It is a great achievement for the whole team who will now be looking to secure 2nd spot in the division, if they can take maximum points from their remaining two fixtures at home against Needham Market and an away trip to Diss.It’s been a great reward for the whole squad and management team who have worked so hard all season. Goals from Darren Mills ( 2 ), Henri Okosi and Nnamdi Nwachuku secured the win while nearest rivals for promotion  Woodbridge Town lost at Diss Town which meant they could not gain enough points from their remaining games to finish above Coggeshall in the top 3 promotion slots.
